ILO is an abbreviation for "International Labour Organization," United Nations specialized agency. ILO was founded in 1919 (at the end of World War II) with the Treaty of Versailles, which established the League of Nations into being. Robert Owen (1771-1853) of Wales and Daniel Legrand (1783-1859) of France: The need for such an organization was supported by two entrepreneurs in the nineteenth century. It provides technical assistance primarily in the areas of training and vocational rehabilitation, employment policy, the labor administration, labor law and labor relations, working conditions, management development, cooperatives, social security, market statistics labor and occupational safety and health.ILO also supports technical assistance for the creation of employers 'and workers' organizations. Within the UN system, the ILO has a unique tripartite structure with workers and employers participating as equal partners with governments in the work of administrative bodies.

At the conference, conventions and recommendations are drafted and adopted by majority vote. The conference is also the decisions on general policy of the ILO's work program and budget. Each Member State shall be represented at the meetingInternational Labour Conference by four delegates: two government representatives, employers' delegate and delegate to one worker.

2 ILO Administrative Council composed of 56 persons: 28 representatives of governments, fourteen representatives of employers and fourteen representatives of the workers.
